Ink Drop experiment

Confined to the kitchen, due to extended bad weather, and looking for things to photograph, I set up this shot using a vase of water and a range of inks and food colouring and off-camera flash.

The start of summer ?

May ended with April's showers - typically! Could not decide between these two photos - not sure if the sweet wrapper in the second detracts or adds more interest....
