A remarkable arts project, touring the world, stopped off in Preston, Lancashire, becoming one of the earliest events to celebrate the city's Guild year. The installation consisted of a number of laser beams shone from the Riversway Marina, over the city and out towards east Lancashire (and even Yorkshire).
